South Construction Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") explains how we handle information collected through this website and related project inquiries.
Information you provide. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, project city and ZIP code, requested service, preferred start time, and project description. If a project proceeds, we also receive the job-site address, agreed scope, and related communications and paperwork. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through the quote form.
How we use it. We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare estimates, discuss and coordinate approved work, communicate about your project, and maintain business records.
Website information and cookies. Wix and our website service providers may process technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral source, and visit times. Wix Analytics provides statistics about website visits and usage. Essential technologies support operation and security. Optional technologies are subject to your applicable consent choices.
We use Usercentrics to manage cookie preferences and record consent choices. You can accept or decline optional categories and change your choices through the website's Privacy Settings control. Essential technologies remain active for basic functions. Accepting cookies does not subscribe you to promotional emails.
Promotional emails. We send promotional emails only if you separately opt in. Subscribing is optional and is not required to request a quote or hire us. You can unsubscribe through a promotional email or contact us directly. This does not stop necessary communications about your inquiry or ongoing project. We do not use this email signup as consent for promotional texts.
HOW WE STORE AND SHARE INFORMATION
We keep website inquiries in Wix and Gmail. Within South Construction Group LLC, access is limited to the two people who manage inquiries and company operations.
Crew coordination. After you sign the required project paperwork authorizing work and information sharing, we share the job-site address and relevant project details with the assigned crew leader so the crew can perform the work. We do not share your inquiry contact details with crews for their own marketing.
Service providers. Wix provides website hosting, forms, contact management, and analytics. Google provides Gmail, and Usercentrics manages cookie preferences and consent records. These providers process information to deliver their services and may use infrastructure outside your state or country, including in the United States and other countries. Their handling of information is also described in their own privacy notices.
We do not sell your personal information or give it to other businesses for their own marketing. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve disputes or protect legal rights.
External links. Our website links to services such as Facebook. If you follow those links, the destination website's privacy practices apply. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
YOUR CHOICES, RETENTION AND CONTACT
Retention. We review inquiries after 12 months without contact and delete those no longer needed. This is a manual review, not automatic deletion. We may retain information longer for ongoing projects, contracts, payments, warranties, disputes, or legal obligations. We retain limited records of consent and unsubscribe requests as needed to honor your choices. Deletion from active records may not immediately remove copies retained in service-provider backups under their retention processes.
Privacy requests. To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, contact southconstructiongroupllc@gmail.com. You may also use this address to withdraw promotional-email consent. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing information or acting on a request. We will assess requests under applicable law and explain any relevant limits, including records we need to retain.
Children. This website and our services are intended for adults arranging construction work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Policy updates. We may update this policy as our services or information practices change. We will revise the date on this page and provide any additional notice or consent request required by applicable law.
